Chapter 9

 Flowers blossomed its freshness its fragrance spread the colours of the rainbow seem to have beamed its colours on the ground squirrels came out from their borers the flock of the birds sailed through the sky yes excitement was in the air but there was always the fear of being captured by predators suspension surely had it claw to aim

It was Tuesday afternoon and Norman and came in quite surprisingly! Mgness you know what Good new you are going to school Oh what that is wonderful news said Miss Mummfite

Ah! School so soon said Magness

Miss Mummfet who felt relived for a moment was alarmed on hearing Agness it is already to late already I would say said Miss Mummfit

But I did not get to tell the good news to grand pap the happy new said Mgnss nor Andra what ?—whey would you want to Mr. Andrea that you are going to school beside there is nothing in it  is not like you are going to the other side of the world , besides every one goes to school said Norman but he is my friend said Mgness

Oh yes Ah right Mr Andra is our land lord all he cares is the monthly pay whey don’t to grow up and understand it ?

Beside he is a man of principal he thinks of you nothing you are jest imagining that he think of you and if there is person or people who think of you it is your parents , said Norman

Magness was disappointed she said nothing for a moment and spoke ok what about Grand papa we can tell him he is family

Ok why don’t we go and see Grand pap next week before you got to school said Norman

Next week Exclaimed Magness

We are going to see Grand pap she seemed with joy this gave Miss Mumfitt a stern

For the rest of the day Mgness danced trough the room ringing, playing shouting and laughing

Norman had gone out Mgness was all by herself but it did not mind her at all since her joy of seeing her grand papa had given her the company

That evening Mgness was setting ready for her walk she happen to see Mr Andra by the fence with his pip

Mgness did not call Andra even though she wanted to tell the joyful news she wished so much of Mr Andraa would make a move in calling her

And as if was magic Mr Andra turned and waved at her Mgness on seeing this she ran towards him and soon began to talk Mr.  Andra seeing Mgness in a ball of excitement began to ask her as they waked to a bench near by Andra stretched his hand on hand on the bench and Mgness stretched back on it as it was a cushion to place her  head

Mr Andra said well princess what is it have you got something today did you find a treasure today

Mgness said we are going to grand papa dad said we are going to see grand pap next and I am going to!

And Andra going –were come on tell me you can tell beside I am you friend –right

Mgness –friend you mean it ? What the heck! I am going to school, Andra going to school that is wonderful new don’t you want to go to school

School is a wonderful place well I remember going to school for the first time as it was yesterday

Magness said what Yesterday –that is funny I don’t if I want to go to school well if you say it is a wonderful place it must be a wonderful place ,and she nodded her head up and down,

Andra said ah ! What do you think you are grown up you?

mgness replied it is nothing wrong to grown up

Andra said Ah! Were are coming from it is nice to grow up and you will get there but let us take it one step at a day ok!

Magess -Well I can’t wait to go to see grand papa

Aandra -I can see that but tell me which school you are going to

Mgness Me what which school I don’t know does that matter

Andra- you father had not told you which school you are going

Mgness replied no

Andra you mean that all this excitement was jest to know that you are going to see your Grand pap

Mgness with a smile on her face yes offshore beside whey should I be happy about something I don’t know abut rather than something I know

Andra ok then

Magness were are you a voice were heard it was Agness on her way home from work Maness replied her I am here mother and turned back and her mother was seen standing under the yoke tree

Well what you have been up to said Agness and continued Mr Andra I am sorry if Mgness was any trouble to you sir

Andra said whey not at all besides she makes me feel like a young kind myself again

Ok ! time to go home said Agness say good day , Magness to Andra and thank you good by Mr Andra said Magness silently good day Magness said Andra you too Angess Good day as they parted for the day

On their way to home Magness had words of her joy to her mother trapped in her tough and she pulled towards her mouth to tell her but,

Her mother said whey do you got and disturbed Mr Andra you are always there taking to him. It is not if you are alone! We are all there Miss Mufet is there at home all the time grow up will you and learn to behave

Mgness on hearing this ,said nothing and swallowed the words that she so desired to tell her mother in to herself and walked along silently

The evening served itself as always Norman and Agness went on banging doors one after the other serving the house and doing their chores dinner was served and the news’s was given

Norman had his share to tell at the dinner table Agness to was not all short in words had everything to tell on the of the house her work but never to ask

Magness had her meal as she looked back and forth the faces of her parents hopping that they would slow it down and turn to her and ask her of how she of how she had spend her day what she had as Mr Andra and Grand pap would ask her

Rather in asking her what she wanted ?

Mangess asked in between ok when we are going to Grandpap

Agness said is there nothing else for you to think about Grand papa he is better on without us you think he is thinking of you  Your are stupid to think like that he has his world to think of

Normans said next week

Beside it is not a big deal some times we may go and we may not

Magness said but you promised you said yourself we would go

Ok we will go next week and after you go straight to school ok said Norman ok dad said Magness,
